Praising in Historical Park Triggers Vision

Dear Bill & Kathy,

Worshipping God is the most amazing thing a Christian can do, and when you can get a group of believers together outside in a park right in the center of the city to release a prophetic sound in the atmosphere, this is just too cool!

That’s exactly what we did today, 6/20/06, in Jackson MI. You two were there, and you know how awesome it was, and how awesome our God moved in that park.

EDITOR’S NOTE: The Bucky Harris Park is located across from City Hall, in the exact center of downtown, on the 1830 historical location of the public square in Jackson, Michigan.

I am so blessed that my precious brother Bill Latocki has imparted a portion of his anointing to play the congas in me, ‘cuz I’m having a blast on those drums, and I know that we are doing major warfare in the spirit every time our Wellspring Praise Warriors get together to “jam with the Lamb” (as Prophet Bob Griffin would say).

The following is what I “saw” today as we were worshipping: As I was playing the drum, I heard the Spirit say, look. I looked up to the sky, it was sunny, no clouds. When I looked up, in the spriit I could see throngs of big warring angels wearing red armor and carrying flaming swords. I had to stop playing and just look, because I knew the Lord was going to show me more. They were just standing in the sky looking down at us.

Then I saw them part and Jesus rode up between the groups on a white horse and came to the front. He sat there on the horse, and the angels just stood there looking at us. I heard the Lord say that they were standing at attention and ready. He said that we as the saints of the Most High God needed to bid them to come and do battle against the forces of darkness in this city and ask the Lord to save the city. I told Bill about this and he said to go over to one of the mics and declare it out loud, so I looked up, pointed up to the sky, and did just what the Lord said to do.

I sat back down at the drum then looked up at the sky. Then I saw the angels begin to move out to the left and to the right and they encircled the city with their flaming swords. The Lord stayed where He was on the horse and continued to just watch us. He said He was enjoying what we were doing.

Then I saw our worship going up like a fountain and spraying out over the area. I heard the Lord say it was showers of blessings for the city.

I know that something really big took place today in the unseen realms that are going to affect the seen realms of this community, and the kingdom of God is making a habitation for Himself in this place.

Truly the old waste places being restored, like Isaiah talks about, is coming to pass here in this city. We WILL see this place no longer being known as the city with the world’s largest walled prison, but as the city that God resides in. Watch and see. Watch and see. Watch and see as the glory of the Lord comes down and the city is turned upside down for God. Watch and see.
