The Lord is pouring out an anointing of praise.

There is an anointing of praise the Lord is pouring out. It is going to be remarkable. It will be greater than when King David brought the Ark of the Covenant into Jerusalem. Think of it for a moment, all the whirling and dancing, joy abounding.

This move of God’s glory will bring the throngs of people just as they came in David’s day to see what all the fuss was about. David then commanded the Ark to be placed under a canopy, an open-sided tent.

This way the people could see the visible presence of their God, a flame of fire that hovered over the mercy seat, between the wings of the cherubim.

David also decreed that there should be worship twenty-four hours, seven days a week, surrounding the ark, ministering to the Lord.

Today this is the only thing needed between us and the very presence of our Lord.

Worship and praise are essential, for they keep us from being consumed by his awesome mighty presence and because He is absolutely worthy.

The musicians of stringed instruments created their instruments of a special wood personally so they would be extensions of themselves.

There were shouts of praise, horns, drums, and loud gongs, with stringed instruments, clapping & whirling, joining together to minister to our great God.

Live in His presence, walk in this anointing, proclaiming His name. He is near.
